Welcome to Resin Garden! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchases from Resin Gardens, a business specializing in handcrafted resin coasters.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or make any purchases.

 

Order and Payment

  • Orders may be placed via online store Resin Garden

  • Payment must be made in full at time of purchase

  • We accept the following payments (Visa, Mastercard, and Apple pay)

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping is available in the United States

  • Processing will take typically 3-12 business days

  • Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location

  • We are not responsible for delays of item caused by third party shipping carriers

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of our coasters being homemade all sales are final, however if there is damage to the order or the order is incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving order

  • Include order number and picture of the issue

  • We may offer replacement of order or full refund of payment at our discretion.

Intellectual Property:

All content on Resin Garden website including images, product descriptions, branding, and designs is  prohibited from copying, disturbing, and using without permission.

Private Policy:

We value everyone's privacy. Any personal information given for the order process is used only to fulfill your purchase and so we can communicate with you.

Limitation of Liability

Resin Garden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damaged arising from the use of our products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify there terms at any given time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance.
